FordPass Rewards Thank-You bonus changed to 30,000 Points for 2024 vehicle deliveries.
NEW: 1st Retail Service bonus of 5,000 Points after a member’s first Ford Service visit within 12 months of their vehicle purchase date.
– For this bonus, the first retail service is not limited to maintenance. We will award this bonus to any member who returns for their retail service visit. Example: a member who purchases and installs new tires and wheels qualifies if it is their first retail service visit since purchasing their vehicle and is included on a retail RO.
– The 5,000 bonus Points are incremental to any base program Points earning from Guests spend in service on retail parts and labour (5 FordPass Rewards Points per $1 spent)
What proof do I need?
First, you’ll need to get your Partner Recognition Code from your employer. Next, you’ll need to get a PIN which can be obtained by either calling 1-877-975-2600 or by following the steps on www.fordpartner.com.
Once you have your PIN, contact Team Ford and let the sales staff know you are an X-Plan customer. You will be required to show proof of employment or retirement from an eligible partner company. Recent pay stubs, company I.D. or healthcare card are all acceptable. For residents in the same household as the eligible employee/retiree, a driver’s license will be required for proof of residence, plus proof of sponsor employment. For membership-based companies, a membership card must be provided. Business cards will not be accepted.
